Dave where can I get this 7 inch? Holdfast in Asbury was sold out when I got down there on record store day and I can’t seem to find this album any where. If you could please let me know that would be awesome.

Hello, sorry to bother you but I was just wondering if the MP3′s from this album will be available to buy. I looked for this record in every record store in Edmonton, Alberta and couldn’t find it. Hi Dave,Similar theme for New Year for me, get fit and try and eat healthier. Its steartd off ok I have made a salad thing with my own fair hands twice for lunch this week and have walked to and from work every day, even in the rain! 1 week down, 51 to go.I don’t know what it is, but the idea of paying to go to a room full of mirrors and watching all my flabby bits wobble about doesn’t really appeal, I’m gonna go the Origami approach with Jason and get some interesting bruises to look at Happy New Year!
